Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels as assigned
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
- Utilize AAC tools with students who require alternative methods of communication
- Maintain accurate records and ongoing progress documentation in accordance with state and federal requirements
- Adapt service delivery to accommodate a varied caseload depending on student need
