Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels as assigned
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
  • Utilize AAC tools with students who require alternative methods of communication
  • Maintain accurate records and ongoing progress documentation in accordance with state and federal requirements
  • Adapt service delivery to accommodate a varied caseload depending on student need
