We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Liberty, Missouri for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students build the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and beyond.
Whether you're an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CFY), we'd love to connect with professionals who are passionate about supporting student growth.
Position Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Missouri SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply if supervision is available.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
