Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Open to new graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY supervision provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Eagerness to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
- Passion for supporting student communication and academic success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students across K-12 caseloads
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services rendered
- Support students’ participation in the general curriculum through tailored speech-language strategies
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
- Serve as an active team member across two school buildings, participating in meetings and staff development
