Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Open to new graduates/Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in pediatric or school settings is an advantage, but not required
- Passion for fostering student growth and success
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned caseloads spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Offer services from two school buildings, facilitating consistent support
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based activities as needed
