Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Recent experience working with middle school students in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Excellent collaboration skills and a commitment to effective communication with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for middle school students
- Provide direct, in-person therapy services aligned with student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring throughout the assignment
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
