Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children; preschool exposure is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic caseloads and diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support each student’s educational journey
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and service delivery
- Provide direct and consultative services to foster a positive learning environment
