- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and working as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct therapy
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
