- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in the state
- Strong school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Skilled in IEP development, evaluation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and screenings to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy to students onsite, adapting interventions as needed
- Maintain timely documentation, progress reports, and communication with families
- Consult frequently with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to promote academic achievement
- Provide strategies and recommendations for the classroom environment
