Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP licensure (or eligibility) in South Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidacy
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Commitment to supporting a diverse student population
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative services to elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to achieve student goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and up-to-date progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
