Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs to develop targeted IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Complete all required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer support and resources to families and staff concerning speech/language development
