Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to support elementary-aged learners for the full 2026/2027 academic year. This contract position is full-time and offers the chance to create a positive impact in a vibrant school environment near Columbia, SC.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license (or eligibility) in South Carolina
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and experience in school settings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Provide individualized and group therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student support
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices
