School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Columbia, South Carolina

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) in South Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and experience in school settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Provide individualized and group therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student support
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices
