We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school-based team for the 2026-2027 school year. These full-time opportunities offer the chance to work with students across a wide range of ages and developmental needs, from Pre-K through 12th grade, in a supportive educational environment.
Position Details
• 2 SLP Openings Available
• Full-Time Position
• 37.5 Hours Per Week
• 5 Days Per Week
• 2026-2027 School Year (NSY)
• Student Population: Pre-K through 12th Grade
• Collaborative School-Based Setting
• Additional caseload and assignment details will be discussed during the interview process
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student success
• Support students' communication, language, social, and academic development
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines
Qualifications
• Active Mississippi Speech-Language Pathologist License required
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students across multiple grade levels
