Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop targeted intervention strategies to promote student progress
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students’ needs and eligibility for services
- Maintain accurate records, document student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
- Provide direct and consultative services to students from diverse backgrounds
