Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an academic setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Design and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapeutic treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure optimal outcomes for each student
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, assessments, and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
