Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license in good standing
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Strong foundation in pediatric SLP practice, including assessment and intervention planning
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s strengths and needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including educators, families, and support staff—to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and district standards
- Provide ongoing consultation, training, and support to teachers and caregivers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
