Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Understanding of center-based special education preferred
- Comfortable working fully in-person
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in-person
- Split schedule:
- 3 days weekly at a Lawrence, MI location (8am-3:15pm)
- 2 days weekly at two separate Bangor, MI locations (8am-3:15pm)
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with special ed teams and school staff
- Document progress and maintain compliance with regulations
