What We’re Looking For:
- Active SLP-CCC credential
- Experience or interest in working with students with Autism
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload ranging from preschoolers to 7th graders
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with families and educational staff
- Adaptable approach to both direct and consultative services
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication abilities of students on caseload
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans focused on student strengths and needs
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and caregivers for cohesive support and carryover strategies
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting in accordance with school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
