Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in a school setting, at either or both elementary and high school levels, strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
- Strong diagnostic and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students onsite
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough, timely records and report on student performance
- Provide support, guidance, and training to staff and families for student success
