Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children and adolescents
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaborative goal setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in onsite school settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation in compliance with school district and legal standards
- Offer support, resources, and carry out strategies to staff and caregivers to ensure student success
- Adapt therapy plans and modalities to meet students’ diverse needs and learning objectives
