Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) holders and strong CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates will be considered
- Experience working in school settings, supporting students ranging from preschool to high school
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate lesson plans and intervention strategies suited to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, other therapists, and families for holistic support
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records per school guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, IEP planning, and parent conferences as needed
- Contribute positively to the school’s multidisciplinary team
