Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real difference while growing your experience in a school setting? ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Lawrence, MA, starting in September 2026 for the full 2026–2027 school year.
You'll work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students as they build the communication skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
Position Details
- Full time
- 37.5 hours
- Full 26/27 school year
- Strong chances of renewal each school year
- K-12th (depending on SLP experience and preference)
- Bilingual is strongly preferred- 90% of the district is bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese
- Caseload and school placement will be discussed during the interview
- Supportive school environment
Duties
- Provide speech and language therapy based on students' IEP goals
- Complete evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans\
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical input and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or pending Massachusetts SLP license
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Ability to provide services onsite in a school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
