School Speech Language Pathologist - Lawrence, MA

Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese are strongly preferred, as 90% of the student population speaks one of these languages, providing an exceptional chance to utilize and further develop your language abilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Experience or interest in working with K-12th grade students
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred
- Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services for students across various grade levels
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all learners
