Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with K-12th grade students highly desirable
- Strong preference for candidates fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
- Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development sessions
- Adapt materials and delivery for bilingual and multicultural student populations
