Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally with three or more years in an educational setting
- Ability to supervise SLPAs and CFYs is highly desired, though new graduates will also be considered
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of IEP processes, student evaluations, and collaborative intervention planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12th grade caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and regularly track student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s growth across academic and social settings
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs or CFYs as needed, contributing to the growth of the team
- Provide insightful documentation and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
