Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
- Experience supporting Pre-K through 4th grade students preferred
- Ability to work across two school sites
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K through 4th grade
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Adapt interventions and strategies for diverse learning needs within a school setting
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing support initiatives
