Speech Language Pathologist in Williamstown, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current or eligible state licensure
- Previous school-based experience is advantageous
- Skilled in assessment, goal development, and evidence-based therapies
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse child population
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for Pre-K–4th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language services across two sites
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Serve as a resource on communication and language issues within the educational setting
