This contract position features daytime hours—work from 7:25am to 2:20pm—allowing for a balanced schedule and fulfilling workday.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state SLP licensure and ASHA CCCs (or CFY considered)
  • Prior experience working in high school or school-based settings
  • Strong foundation in supporting language-based learning needs
  • Commitment to fostering inclusion and communication growth in adolescents
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services within the language-based program to high school students
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct student assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain accurate records in alignment with IEP goals
  • Offer consultation and support to staff, contributing to a positive, collaborative educational team
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse needs and learning styles
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
