School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CF) – Lawrence, Kansas | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Lawrence, Kansas for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) looking to launch their careers with strong mentorship and support.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and goal development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support students across a variety of communication needs
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Kansas SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
