Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
- Texas state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Expertise in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Compassion and adaptability when addressing diverse student needs
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with various speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in-person or via teletherapy
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff
- Maintain clear, timely documentation on student progress and therapy sessions
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
