A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of 45 students, collaborating closely with educators and families to support student growth and success.
Requirements:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, consult with teachers and parents, and offer strategies to support classroom success
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote students’ academic and social development
