Position Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ unique needs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ communication goals in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress according to school and state requirements
- Provide speech therapy services one-on-one and in small group settings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of student information
- Stay informed of best practices and continuing education requirements
