Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience providing speech therapy in a K-12 school setting
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals for students in need
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings with interdisciplinary school teams
  • Offer support and guidance to teachers and family members for fostering communication in academic and home environments
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting literacy, inclusion, and student engagement
