Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- Preference given to candidates with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); SLP-CF accepted.
- Active NV Department of Education Certificate.
- Active Nevada Speech-Language Pathology License.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work for the duration of the contract (no remote or part-time options).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions to students at assigned school(s).
- Develop, implement, and adapt individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to maximize student progress.
- Document assessments, progress reports, and all required paperwork according to state and district guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Flexibility to adapt to assignments with varying caseloads and student age ranges.
