Step into a rewarding contract position providing speech-language pathology services for K-12th grade students in an engaging school-based environment near Henderson, NV. This full-time, in-person opportunity offers you a consistent weekday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and a supportive caseload structure, ideal for both experienced SLPs and those beginning their CFY. With a maximum caseload of 55, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful difference while maintaining a balanced workload.
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct therapy, assessments, and IEP documentation for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maximize student outcomes with evidence-based interventions tailored to pediatric populations
- Provide both individual and group sessions in accordance with student needs and education plans
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings as a valued partner in student achievement
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current NV SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain before the assignment begins)
- Open to ASHA CCC holders as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Background in school-based or pediatric SLP highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
