School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lancaster, Texas

Desired Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to various ages and learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to assigned caseload of students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Offer guidance and training on communication strategies to school personnel and families
