Pediatric Elementary Speech Language Pathologist in Lancaster, PA

This contract-based role covers a K-12 caseload, focusing primarily on elementary-aged students, including those in regular education and Autistic support settings. You will enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, working 35 hours per week.
Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA CCCs or candidates eligible for CFY are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity working with elementary-aged children, including those requiring specialized support such as students on the autism spectrum
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Comfort managing a caseload of approximately 50-55 students and providing limited case management
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to elementary students in regular education and Autistic support classrooms
- Manage a caseload of 50-55 students across two school locations, planning and delivering individualized and group therapy sessions
- Complete evaluations, develop treatment goals, and create progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Assist with case management duties as needed, supporting comprehensive service delivery to students
