Key Qualifications:
- Active licensure or certification as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA eligible to provide services in school settings
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy, specifically with early childhood and special education populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation requirements
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool children (ages 3-5) identified with special needs
- Conduct evaluations and participate in developing individualized education plans in collaboration with other professionals
- Deliver therapy in accordance with best practices and IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation; benefit from weekly allotted paperwork time
- Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and strategies for at-home support
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as needed
