Occupational Therapist (OT) 26/27 Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough occupational therapy assessments.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
• Provide occupational therapy services across various settings, including one-on-one and group sessions.
• Maintain meticulous records of student progress and therapy interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and peers to optimize student outcomes.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights into occupational therapy needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Requirements:
• Hold a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Possess an active in-state(CA) license in Occupational Therapy.
• While previous experience with school-aged children is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit proficiency in maintaining precise records and consistently meeting deadlines.
Additional Information:
• This is a full-time position, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
• Pay Rate: $57.65-$66.32/hour (based on experience)
