Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
- Experience working with children across a wide range of grade levels (PreK through 12th grade)
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Comfortable using assessment tools and developing individualized treatment plans
- Flexibility to travel within the school community as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from Pre-K through high school
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, evaluations, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary discussions
- Provide both direct and indirect services in individual and small group settings
