Support students’ communication and language development needs while working in a dynamic educational setting as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. Collaborate with dedicated educators and impact the lives of children across multiple grade levels, from early childhood through high school.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children in Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary (K-5), Middle (6-8), and High School (9-12) settings
  • Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse student needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with documentation and IEP processes for school-based therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer speech and language screenings and comprehensive evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services in group and individual settings for students from early childhood through high school
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal-setting and progress reporting
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student support and carryover of skills
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation in accordance with school and regulatory policies
