Pre-School Grades K - 5 Speech Language Pathologist in Bellingham, WA

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Experience providing services across a range of developmental stages, including Pre K, Kindergarten, Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other multidisciplinary professionals
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually or in groups
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes to relevant parties
- Provide training or support to teachers and caregivers regarding communication needs
