What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP
- Clinical Certificate of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience or interest in working with students across Early Childhood, Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary (K-5), Middle (6-8), and High School (9-12) settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for creating inclusive learning environments and supporting students’ unique needs
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools and informal measures
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language skills
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services, ensuring best practices for early intervention and K-12 populations
- Work in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes for compliance and reporting
- Offer professional guidance and training to educational staff as needed
