Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC credential or eligibility for SLP-CFY supervision
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Familiarity with case management and conducting assessments
- Excellent rapport-building and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for 4th–6th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in group and individual settings
- Serve as a case manager, ensuring timely documentation, scheduling, and progress monitoring
- Engage in collaborative meetings and support positive outcomes for diverse learners
- Stay current in best practices and compliance standards within the school environment
