Here’s your opportunity to make a difference providing in-home speech instruction to a student requiring compensatory services, two times weekly for 20-minute sessions, from mid-March through June. Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year in progress
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology or pediatric healthcare settings
- Proficiency delivering SLP services to children in both school and home environments
- Knowledge of compensatory or remedial speech therapy best practices
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized speech-language therapy for a student twice per week in a home setting
- Document progress and adjust interventions as necessary in consultation with guardians and educational teams
- Adhere to therapy timelines and reporting requirements from March 17 through June
- Foster positive relationships with families to ensure consistent progress
