Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with designing and implementing IEPs for young children a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language evaluations and deliver targeted therapy to Pre-K students
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
- Develop, modify, and report on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide engaging sessions that foster communication growth in a school setting
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive classroom atmosphere
