Qualifications:
- Active SLP license in New York, or eligible
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to supporting non-verbal students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability for onsite work beginning in May
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy for non-verbal students
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of services and progress
- Participate in team meetings and IEP processes as required
