Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lakeville, Minnesota

Qualifications:
- Active MN Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Completion of or eligibility for SLP-CCC or CFY
- Experience or interest in serving elementary and early middle school students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet varied needs and IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy to assigned students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess, document, and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
- Maintain compliance with school and state requirements
This contract features a flexible weekly schedule, offering 3-4 hours per week and the ability to determine which days you work. The assignment runs through June 1, 2027, providing consistency and the chance to build meaningful relationships.
