Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educational teams
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and consultations as needed
This assignment is for the entire 26/27 school year, with a consistent, part-time schedule of two days per week (16 hours total). You'll have the opportunity to work closely with students across various grade levels, making a lasting difference in their educational journeys.
