What we're looking for:
- Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license or credential in California
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience working with school-age populations, ideally in K–8 settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping students reach their full potential
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and administration
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for students from kindergarten through eighth grade
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff
- Delivering targeted therapy sessions and monitoring student progress
- Providing support and resources for teachers and families
- Maintaining timely and organized documentation according to school and state guidelines
