Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists with pediatric expertise to support students from PreK through 12th grade near beautiful Lake Worth, FL. This is a full-time, contract position for the upcoming 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 school years, offering both flexibility and variety. Whether you prefer to work across multiple school sites in an itinerant capacity or remain at one campus, options are available to suit your preferences. What You’ll Need:

  • Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida Department of Health licensure
  • Full Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
  • Passion for helping PreK-12 students reach their communication potential
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Your Role Will Include:

  • Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing therapy in one-on-one, small group, and/or classroom settings
  • Consulting with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Maintaining thorough and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in IEP team meetings and providing expertise on speech/language needs
  • Adapting to either an itinerant service model or focusing at a single school location
