Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Lake Worth, FL

This is a full-time, contract position for the upcoming 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 school years, offering both flexibility and variety. What You’ll Need:
- Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida Department of Health licensure
- Full Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
- Passion for helping PreK-12 students reach their communication potential
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
Your Role Will Include:
- Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing therapy in one-on-one, small group, and/or classroom settings
- Consulting with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participating in IEP team meetings and providing expertise on speech/language needs
- Adapting to either an itinerant service model or focusing at a single school location
