Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
Active Indiana SLP license and required school-based credentials.
School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and student-engagement skills.
Professional references from the past two years.
Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy based on students' needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
Evaluate communication skills and track student progress.
Maintain accurate clinical and educational records.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary evaluations.
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
Help students strengthen communication, classroom participation, and academic skills.
